असार ३, काठमाडौं । प्रहरीले सिन्धुपाल्चोकको मेलम्चीमा बुधबार डुवान भएको क्षेत्रमा नजान स्थानीय वासिन्दालाई आग्रह गरेको छ ।
मंगलबार पहिरो गएको क्षेत्रमा फेरि पानी परेको र नदीमा बाढी आउन सक्ने भन्दै प्रहरीले सुरक्षित स्थानमा जान आग्रह गरेको सिन्धुपाल्चोकका प्रहरी प्रमुख एसपी राजन अधिकारीले जानकारी दिए ।
स्थानीय वासिन्दाहरु पानी पर्न छाडेपछि डुवानमा परेको आफ्नो घर भएको ठाउँमा जान थालेका थिए । तर प्रहरीले त्यहाँ नजान आग्रह गरेको छ ।
सिन्धुपाल्चोकको हेलम्बु गाउँपालिका-१ नाकुत्ते भन्दा ५०० मिटर माथि मंगलबार पहिरो जाँदा मेलम्ची नदीमा बाँध बनेको र पछि उक्त बाँध फुट्दा ठूलो बाढी आएको थियो । बाढीले हेलम्बु र मेलम्ची नगरपालिकामा भएको डुवानले जनधनको क्षति गरेको थियो ।
