रिट निवेदकले प्रधानमन्त्रीले पुन शपथ लिनुपर्ने र पुन शपथ नलिँदासम्म प्रधानमन्त्रीको हैसियतमा कामकाज गर्न रोक लगाउन अन्तरिम आदेश माग गरेता पनि सर्वोच्चले अन्तरिम आदेश दिन भने अस्वीकार गरेको छ ।
