भदौ १७, काठमाडौं । तिज पर्व नजिकिदैं गर्दा बजारमा सुन अभाव भएको सुन व्यवसायीहरुले बताएका छन् । तिजका कारण दैनिक सुनको माग ३५ किलो पुगेपछि आयात कम हुँदा उपभोक्ता र व्यवसायी दुवै मर्कामा परेको नेपाल सुन चाँदी व्यवसायी महासंघले जनाएको छ ।
लामो समय पछि बजार कोभिड अघिको लयमा फर्किए पनि आयात कोटाका कारण कारोबार प्रभावित हुने खतरा देखिएको महासंघका अध्यक्ष माणिक रत्न शाक्यले बताएका छन् । ‘बजारमा सुनको माग बढेको छ, दैनिक माग ३५ किलोको छ तर सुन उपलब्धता छैन,’ उनले भने ।
कोभिड प्रभावित सुन व्यवसाय माथि उठ्नका लागि भए पनि अहिले सुनको उपलब्धता जरुरी भएको उनले बताए । सुनको आयात कोटा बढाउनेबारे अर्थ मन्त्रालय, राष्ट्र बैंक र वाणिज्य मन्त्रालयको ध्यानाकर्षण गराउन लागिएको पनि महासंघले जनाएको छ ।
बजारमा कोटाकै सुनको ल्याउन पनि बैंकहरुलाई समस्या आएको महासंघका महासचिव धर्मसुन्दर बज्राचार्यले बताए । नेपालले धेरै मात्रामा सुन खरिद गर्ने दुबईको अध्यगमन कानुनका कारण बैंकहरुलाई सुन ल्याउन कठिनाई भएको उनले बताए । दुबईमा कठिन भएपछि केही बैंकहरुले स्वीटजरल्याण्ड र इजिप्टबाट सुन खरिद गरेर नेपाल भित्र्याएको उनले बताएका छन् ।
नेपाली बजारमा दुबई र चिनियाँ सुन नै प्रमुख स्रोत भएको र अहिले वैधानिक चिनियाँ स्रोत ठप्प रहेको उनले बताए । ‘वैधानिक स्रोतमा सुन अभाव देखिएको छ, यसैको असर बजारमा पनि देखिएको छ,’ महासचिव बज्राचार्यले भने ।
वैधानिक रुपमा सुन आयातका लागि बठिनाई भएको गुनासो बैंकहरुले गरेको नेपाल बैंकर्स संघले जनाएको छ । कोभिडका कारण लगाइएको कडा अध्यगमन नियम र हवाई उडान अनिश्चित बन्दा कोटा कै सुन आयात गर्न ढिलाई भएको संघले जनाएको छ । भदौ महिनाभरी ४ सय किलो सुन ल्याउनका लागि बैंकहरुले संघबाट सिफारिस लिएको बैंकर्स संघले जनाएको छ । हाल नेपाली बैंकहरुसंघ ७७.५ किलो सुन मौज्दात रहेको र १५० किलो सुन नेपाल भित्रिने क्रममा बाटोमा रहेको संघले जनाएको छ ।
