चैत ९, काठमाडौँ । शिक्षामन्त्रीले शिक्षक सेवा आयोगमा पदाधिकारी नियुक्ति सिफारिसलाई परिवर्तन गर्न समितिका अध्यक्ष तथा सदस्यलाई पटक–पटक दबाब दिएको भन्दै नेपाली कांग्रेसले गम्भीर आपत्ति जनाएको छ ।
शिक्षा ऐन २०२८ र शिक्षक सेवा आयोग नियमावली २०५७ बमोजिम शिक्षक सेवा आयोगका पदाधिकारी नियुक्ति प्रक्रियालाई निशर्त टुंगोमा पु¥याउन कांग्रेसले माग गरेको छ ।
शिक्षक सेवा आयोग (नवौ संशोधन) नियमावली, २०७१ अनुसार आयोगका पदाधिकारीको सिफारिस गर्न लोक सेवा आयोगका अध्यक्षको अध्यक्षतामा त्रिभुवन विश्वविद्यालयका उपकुलपति र शिक्षा मन्त्रालयका सचिव सदस्य रहेको छनोट समितिले २०७७ कार्तिक २२ गते आयोगको अध्यक्षमा मधुप्रसाद रेग्मी, सदस्यमा डा. डिल्लीराम रिमाल र नन्दकुमारी महर्जनलाई सिफारिस गरेको थियो ।
