वैशाख २८, नेपालगन्ज । नेपालगन्ज शिक्षण अस्पताल कोहलपुरले भारतबाट एक ट्यांकर लिक्विड अक्सिजन ल्याइएपछि सोमबार केही कोरोना संक्रमितलाई भर्ना गरेको छ ।
एक सातादेखि अक्सिजनको अभाव देखाउँदै अस्पतालले संक्रमित भर्ना गरेको थिएन । वीरगन्ज नाका हुँदै भारतको जम्सेदपुरबाट आइतबार लिक्विड अक्सिजन ल्याइएको हो ।
शिक्षण अस्पतालमा १ सय ४३ बेडमा कोरोना संक्रमितको उपचार भइरहेको छ । इमर्जेन्सी वार्डमा मात्रै ४२ जना संक्रमित छन् । अस्पतालमा तीन सय अक्सिजन सिलिन्डर छन् ।
अस्पतालका उपनिर्देशक डा. दिनेश श्रेष्ठले भने, ‘हरेक १५ दिनमा एक ट्यांकर लिक्विड अक्सिजन आवश्यक पर्छ, भारतले नियमित दिएन भने फेरि समस्या आउँछ ।’
सय जना संक्रमितका लागि दिनमा तीन सयदेखि साढे तीन सयवटा सिलिन्डर खपत भएको र एक ट्यांकरमा झन्डै ४ हजार ५ सय सिलिन्डर अक्सिजन हुने उनले बताए ।
बिरामीको चापअनुसार अक्सिजन राख्ने सिलिन्डर अभाव रहेको डा. श्रेष्ठले बताए । उनले भने, ‘सर्वसाधारणले घरमा राखेका सिलिन्डर खोज्न प्रशासनसँग सहयोग मागेका छौं’ । अस्पतालले संक्रमितका लागि २८ बेड थप्न लागेको छ ।
कोहलपुरमा १ हजार ४ सय ७६ जनामा कोरोना संक्रमण पाइएको छ । अस्पतालले भर्ना नलिएपछि ९ सय ३९ जना होम आइसोलेसनमा छन् ।
